Due to strong currents and challenging conditions at Darwin and Wolf Islands, divers are required to have an Advanced Open Water certification, at least 50 logged dives, and recent diving experience within the last 6 months.

Divers can anticipate encounters with whale sharks, large schools of hammerhead sharks, Galapagos sharks, eagle rays, manta rays, dolphins, and a variety of other pelagic species.

We provide tanks, weights, and weight belts. Full equipment rental is available upon request for an additional fee. Divers are encouraged to bring their own gear, including a 5mm to 7mm wetsuit, dive computer, and surface signaling devices.

Yes, the expedition includes guided land visits to select sites, allowing guests to experience the unique terrestrial wildlife and landscapes of the Galapagos Islands.
